SCHEV’s policy “Escalation of Degree Level Authority at Public Institutions” contains definitions of terms, specific policy statements, and detailed procedures and instructions. Institutions submit a proposal using the guidelines, instructions, and requirements in the SCHEV policy. Forms are provided below.
The following forms are required for proposal submissions. SCHEV will not accept altered forms. Institutions should not change the SCHEV text or categories.
