SCHEV Report Issues Urgent Call to Increase Virginia’s Educational Attainment

Virginia will meet its target to be the best-educated state in the nation by 2030 only if it moves quickly to improve educational attainment across the state, according to a new State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) report: “The Cost of Doing Nothing: An Urgent Call to Increase Educational Attainment in the Commonwealth.”
