RICHMOND — A special subcommittee of the State Council of Higher Education (SCHEV) will meet virtually September 4, 2025, from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. for the purpose of discussing personnel matters. The subcommittee will briefly hold a public meeting before entering a closed session.
