H. Eugene Lockhart

Gene Lockhart is Chairman of the Financial Institutions investment practice of Diamond Castle Holdings, a private equity investment firm. Prior to joining Diamond Castle Holdings LLC in 2005, he was a Venture Partner at Oak Investment Partners. During his career Mr. Lockhart has held several executive roles at various organizations, including President and CEO of MasterCard International; President of Consumer Services at AT&T; President of the Global Retail Bank of America; CEO of Midland Bank plc; and Senior Vice-Chairman of BankAmerica Corporation. Mr. Lockhart is Chairman of NetSpend Corporation, and a director of Argus, Tygris Commercial Finance Group, Vesta Corporation, and Checksmart Financial Company.

Additionally, Mr. Lockhart serves as the Director of the following public companies: IMS Health Inc., RadioShack Corp., and Asset Acceptance Corp. He is a former Director of RJR Nabisco Holdings, First Republic Bank, LendingTree, Inc., and several other companies. Mr. Lockhart has served as President of the Board of Managers of the University of Virginia and Chairman of The Darden School Foundation Board of Trustees. Gene holds a B.S., with Honors, from UVa and an M.B.A. from the Darden School at UVa.
