Johanna Chase

Johanna Chase is a Trustee of the Chase Foundation of Virginia, which supports 50 non-profit libertarian/conservative public policy research organizations. A former director of the Longwood University Foundation, she served the institution’s Board of Visitors, as well as a member of both the Virginia Business-Higher Education Council and the Commonwealth of Virginia Special Advisory Commission on Mandated Health Insurance Benefits. Mrs. Chase is the director and Past President of the Charlottesville Symphony Society. She also serves as Elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Charlottes, Director of the Music Resource Center, and Member of the Charlottesville Chapter of The Links, Inc. She resides in Charlottesville with her husband, Derwood S. Chase.
