Council Looks Ahead to College Enrollment through 2020
RICHMOND —At its September meeting the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) will consider student enrollment targets and estimates for the next seven years. The report will be presented at Council’s regular business meeting, which begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday, September 17, in the multipurpose room of Radford University’s College of Business and Economics. Following remarks from Radford University President Penelope Kyle, Council will also discuss systemwide operating and capital outlay budget recommendations prepared by SCHEV staff and potential impacts on postsecondary education in the Commonwealth.
Additionally, Council will take action on agenda items considered during the Academic Affairs Committee meeting, which will be held on Monday, September 16 at 1:30 p.m. in Radford’s COBE Advising Center.
