2010 Military Reinstatement Guidelines
Pursuant to Virginia Code §23-9.6:2, the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia is required to issue guidelines for tuition relief, refunds and reinstatement for students whose service in the uniformed services has required their sudden withdrawal or prolonged absence from their enrollment in Virginia institutions of higher education. SCHEV recently drafted revisions to the guidelines with the assistance of its advisory committee. The proposed guidelines, provided at the link below, are now available for public review and comment until August 31, 2010.
